Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Center Atrium*
Pcubed Principal Pawan Gupta Ph.D., P.E., S.E. was the project engineer responsible for the structural design of the wood atrium for the Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Center. The project architect (Tye Farrow) has received numerous awards and wide media attention for the innovative design of tree-filled atriums.
CONDITIONAL ASSESSMENT
7080 Hollywood Blvd. Due Diligence Assessment
Pcubed provided structural, façade and waterproofing assessment for the 12-story office tower and attached 4 level parking structure. The client was able to get insight into potential costs and liabilities for the property over the long term. We also provide a peer review of the seismic assessment conducted by another structural engineer.

PARKING GARAGE
City of Santa Monica Parking Garage Assessment and Repairs*
Pcubed Principal Pawan Gupta Ph.D., P.E., S.E. was the principal-in-charge for the assessment and repairs of seven (7) parking garages for the city of Santa Monica. The project involved developing a 10-year long term Capital Investment Plan and implementing the maintenance and repair recommendations for the first three years on all of the parking garages. The initial repairs have been completed, the second phase involving the replacement of the perimeter guardrails is currently under design.
City of Fresno Parking Garage and Parking Lot Assessments*
Pcubed Principal Pawan Gupta Ph.D., P.E., S.E. was the principal-in-charge for the assessment of five (5) parking garages and six (6) parking lots owned by the City of Fresno. In addition to the condition assessment to determine the maintenance needs the project also involved the development of a 10-year Capital Investment Plan. The team identified almost $9 Million in deferred maintenance and capital needs for the project. The study is being used by the City of Fresno to make decisions on the parking rates in the city.
